The social network is rolling out a new feature called “Sponsored Stories” that lets users post ad messages for a specific product or service, such as a new iPhone or a new car.

Facebook is calling this “Sponsorship Stories,” and it allows users to post ads for specific products and services, but you can’t post ads specifically for Facebook itself.

“Sponsored stories will be an option on the Facebook product pages and ads on our mobile and desktop ads platforms,” a Facebook spokesperson told Business Insider.

“It’s important for Facebook to keep our communities engaged and relevant and sponsored stories will provide us with new ways to do that.”

The new feature was first announced in a blog post on Monday.

“We have been experimenting with Sponsored Stories for a few months now, and we’re really excited about the potential of this feature,” the spokesperson said.

“If you’ve ever posted an ad to a Facebook page for a product or a service, you know how it can be confusing when you’re not sure what to share.

But now, you can choose to share more of your story, whether it’s a great story about your favorite product or even a story about a product you just saw on a new TV show.”

Facebook also unveiled a new ad-buying tool called “Ads By Facebook” that allows users “to customize a list of ads that appear when you click on a ‘Like’ button or when you follow a Facebook post.”

The Ads By Zuckerberg tool will let users choose from a list that includes ads from companies like Twitter, Instagram, and Facebook, as well as ads from Facebook itself and third-party partners.

Ads by Facebook is available in the U.S. and Canada.

The spokesperson said that sponsored stories “can be very personalized to each individual user and we think they’re a really fun way to showcase what we’re all about.”

You can find a list for every ad you post to Facebook in the “Ad options” section of the “More options” page.

You might not think it’s that cool, but Facebook has been experimenting for years with sponsored stories.

Last year, the social platform unveiled a feature called sponsored stories that let users post ads on Facebook for products or services, such in the case of a new smartphone.

Facebook said that the new feature is meant to help brands “communicate directly with their audience.”

The company said the new Facebook feature will “help us more quickly identify what we need to share about our products and offer people more options to do so.”

Facebook’s new ad product allows users a way to customize a sponsored story for each product or business, but users cannot post ads directly for Facebook themselves.

In the blog post, Facebook said “the new Sponsored stories feature will allow us to help our community reach out to you more directly and in a way that’s meaningful to you.”

It’s not clear if the new sponsored stories feature, or sponsored posts for Facebook, will be available on all Facebook pages or just for Facebook ads.

The company declined to comment on specific products.
